Yes, factory flares as far as I know. Previous owner had it painted (used to be green) and I think he used rubber coat in a can to spray the flares and the bumper ends front and rear. Then for some mysterious reason added stick on rubber edge moulding to that rear flare...but not the drivers side. I spent more time than I care trying to glue it back together- will see if it can be reinstalled here this evening.
And yes, 37" tires. See my other thread for an explanation as to why the tire and the flare tried to occupy the same space... more mystery solved...
