She was stolen and recovered?

She was stolen from in front of my house and I searched for almost three weeks.
On the third week she was going to be the insurance company's. Some dude called on the very last day at 1530 and said it was in his cul de sac. He peeked in the truck, found my business card and called.
I arrived 5 minutes before the cops. If they'd have gotten there first, she'd have been pulled off the blocks, onto her diffs and onto a wrecker. I owe that guy a beer I suppose, but I also owe all my Tundra and Tacoma buddies a beer too, because I drove her home on all their spares.
The 17's felt good underway so I stuck with them.

Thanks to all who contribute to this online knowledge base! I lurked while shopping for an 80, and since buying have joined and regularly search ‘mud prior to any purchases and while doing maintenance. This is an amazing resource!

Happy wheeling,
