OK new to the site, I have a 1996 FZJ80 and I am looking to lift it 2 1/2 to 3", I have 35s and the loaded weight is 5840lbs. What all do I need, there is so much out there it is hard to figure out what is what.

Call Dave at Delta VS.

I went with a heavy Dobi 3"

Weight is 3020 Front/3400 Rear (unloaded)

Since 99% of my driving is long distance highway speeds, I went with MAF drop brackets instead of messing with offset bushings or caster plates.

No ragrets

I don't wheel it as my goal of the build. I use it for camping with 60% hwy driving . I wanted as low as possible with 315s and it's sitting shy of 2.5". For prospective, my 80 is around 6250lbs with front bumper, 12k winch, rear swing out,w/o spare, 2nd and 3rd row deleted, a full tank of fuel, Gobi rack and sliders.

-Dobs comfort ride (about 2") with 15mm pucks in the rears and 20mm in the fronts (net me shy of 2.5")
-Delta Radius 3" Arms (for caster correction)
-Delta panhard bracket
-Whiteline rear swaybars
-LCP rear swaybar mounts
-LCP front sway disconnect
-2" bump stops
-extended braided brake lines
