Like I reported earlier, I got a bad batch of 48s. Email me at pfran42@gmail.com with full details and a pic showing the bad bulbs. I'll take care of you.

That goes for anyone else out there having problems with the 48s. The supplier does not want to lose my business so they are comping 2 bulbs for every bad one I send a pic of.

For the record, I am on my original 48s that are running on 5 months with no issues so I think this was isolated to the 3rd batch I received.

Thanks to some fellow Mudders, we traced down the casue of the bad batch of 48 LED panels. Looks like I ramped up my supplier a little too fast and they hired some new people that were not adequately trained in the art of soldering. Turns out there was not enough solder on the backs of the panels that failed. I have been assured that the issue has been corrected. New shipment arrives this week so let me know if you have received any of the bad ones. Also, please send me a pic so that when I forward it to my supplier he doesn't think I am trying to pull one over on him.

BTW, those of you who have received replacements already and have a soldering iron, try soldering the connections on the back of your bad panels. I have reports that say it is an easy fix....Then go bling out your wife's car.

I'll vouch for pfran. I had a bad board, IM'ed pfran, and he sent out a replacement right away.

Paul, Ive been running the LEDs for a couple months or so now. I love the extra output! especially in the rear cargo area when camping. Thanks for comping the replacement for my bad 48s. The new ones are good.

Have you tried rotating the adapter around? If you install one backwards you get no light. try flipping tue connections around.

Pretty sure I tried everything possible as far as switching connections around and trying the led bars, but for sure will check em again
