I have been trying to figure out a new shirt design for nearly a year and it wasn't until I was pouring through the axle cheatsheet that @DARKNESS started and I modified it and redesigned a few things to created a t-shirt design. I am not going to make a huge number of these but if they prove popular then I may making it a stocking item. But for now see what you think:

Those are cool!

Are these nice quality, heavy-weight cotton tees?

Just got my UPS shipping info!! Going to be dropped off on Tuesday so I will start shipping out all of the poster orders right away. Everyone that ordered shirts and posters will be holding back one day because I'm supposed to be getting the shirts on Wed.

Whoohoo!!

Sorry, missed this question. Its a 6oz shirt so its thicker than the 4.3oz shirts I seem to be getting lately from everywhere.
  • 100% preshrunk cotton
  • double-needle stitching throughout
  • seamless collar
  • taped shoulder-to-shoulder

I got this shirt and poster in the mail like 3 days after I finished my axle rebuild. Great refrence points and I get lots of great comments on it. great quality stuffs!

Love the design. Are you going to release a PDF or other digital version (even for sale) of this we can use like the cheat sheet made by @DARKNESS ? I've printed them out on regular paper and taken them with me to Central & South America to walk into dealerships and part counters, looking for parts. Thanks for taking the time to make them

@yjeff Unfortunately no. The design is 100% vector which means it's infinitely scalable. Making a PDF of it is the same as just handing over the file to a printer and run off a thousand. Yes there are certain things that can be done to "lock it down" but those can be worked around by creative people *cough* like me *cough*.

Understandable. If you (in the future) print 8.5x11 sheets, maybe the inverse (white background) I'd buy a couple to keep in the binder(s) of my cruiser(s). I really like them, but I just need it in a portable size.

I'd make them available for free if that's all they were used for. But I've been doing this stuff for long enough to know what happens. Let me see what I can come up with to help you out.

if you could invert it, and print it on the front, I'd buy one.
When i'm crouched under the fender looking like i'm trying to impregnate a spindle, I'll still be able to read it.
beats having to ask my wife to come out and tell me what the number is and have to answer lots of questions before she tells me an answer like "shoulda read it before you went in there"

Back in the 80's I bought a shirt at Mammoth with the lift maps upside down, it actually was useful, and not only comedy. Going from a ski hill with 3 chairs to one with a bazillion, it helped my small brain out.

j/k I already have the poster.... but a handkerchief/bandana would be cool.

Getting low on stock on nearly all sizes. I'm out of large but I'm gonna order one more small batch then that's it.

They work great at scout summer camp!!
