hello, long time lurker, just had to register to ask if this can be shared?
in need of power streeting plate and buttons for power seats. any info would be highly appreciated. please and thanks my LC brothers.
Best of luck. I got zero replies. Maybe 80 owners don’t have a 3D printer? 😂

There's plenty of folk that have 3d printers or access to them.

If you want to 'give value', then pick your favourite 3D modeling program and design stuff and then post up the files for everyone to share...

I use solidworks since both my mechie sons can drive the tool well and I can always 'ask for help' to design something that's beyond my rudimentary skillset. Solidworks for 'makers' is pretty cheap if you knock a few designs together each year.

Here's just a couple of things that have worked out really well (the orange brackets):

Plenty of 3D printer owners, including me.

I have recently gotten into sheet metal bending via FreeCAD and SendCutSend.

Custom brackets for my RTT.

SendCutSend made both pieces. Here they are installed, with the one with the studs inside the RTT channel, and the other clamping the load bar. Honestly, anything I could have bought was subpar and just as expensive...

3D Printing allows custom manufacturing, and with vendors like SendCutSend allows custom metal fabrication.

Man that is too cool! I had no idea that even existed.
