Sweet rig!!!!

I love it. Looks great. I hope mine looks even half that good when finished. I have a question though, how did you straighten the rain gutter??? The rain gutter on mine is tweaked -- not nearly as badly as yours was -- but since it is backed by fiberglass no amount of trying seems to have any result on mine as the fiberglass just springs it right back into the same shape it was in before. Drilling out all the rivets and straightening the rain gutter off the fiberglass cap is not an option for me. Thoughts?

The rain gutter was probably the ugliest thing about the rig when I picked it up. Unfortunately, I can't be a great deal of help on this one. For that tricky little job I took the rig to a local body shop. They hand hammered the few dings out with the rain gutter being one of them. I am very pleased with the work they did.

Since your build was almost 4 years ago, how about an updated picture of what it looks like today?

Also, I noticed that the picture of the (assumed) repainted bezel looks like it might be cignus white or a similar color. Can you tell be what color or color code you painted the bezel?

I have a '79 bezel which is the original color and it looks like a dove grey or light grey color to me. Just wondering how you came to that color on the bezel. Thanks!

I a trying to remember how I came up with the color. Lots of internet research and lots of pictures looked at. I will go back through some notes to see if I can come up with an answer for you.

Hope it still looks this good nice job

Putting my rig up for sale. See pictures throughout the post. Serious offers only. No trades. Email me at mdunn@dunnsinc.com with inquires. Located in Texas. I am the third owner. About 32000 ORIGiNAL miles. It currently has two very small rust spots. One on the leading edge of the hood and one on the lower edge of Tyne drivers door. It can go as is or I can have it fixed. It isn't perfect but Very nice. I can send current pictures and info.
