No, I didn't fab it up. I'd have to hop in the way-back machine to figure out where I picked it up. If I remember it was suitable for various winch applications.
I think that’s the Warn universal winch plate.

I was just looking at the pics. I think you are correct but, but....but, it may have been the CCOT universal. I don't rightly recall....

While I’m down along the river taking care of spring honey do’s, I’ve managed to slip over to the old garage aka the storage building. I can still see Fred on that 1st day of “school”, fresh faced and eager to learn the art of bed liner removal. I still get weepy thinken’ about it...For those of you who asked, he has recovered for the most part, except for his sense of smell and equilibrium. The twitch has faded to a mere nervous tick and he has more or less reintegrated back into society....

As I was rooting around in the dark, I found a talisman. Pretty sure it is “Big Medicine” of some sort. The fact I have no recollection of anything remotely associated with it means, it must have been a powerful moment..

I did load a small parcel of Yota related smalls. Pics to follow....

Box of smalls...

What I started out rooting around after was a box of Toyota oil filters. What I found was a few Autolites instead. I‘m certain I have a few filters stashed away somewhere.

Figure I’ll rub that talisman^^^ and see if I can find them...😁

Arrived back in the Land of Nod last PM. USPS was good to me while I was away. I'm one post filter away from having everything I need to get started on the Sniper. Went with an Earl's combo pre/post filter. How can you go wrong buying something from a guy named Earl. That's marketing geeenneoos right there. The Walro is a bit smaller than I anticipated. Pleasantly surprised...

Are you changing your brake setup? I am likely going to need to add an adjustable valve like that. Since I went to manual brakes with the 80 MC, my tears want to lock up sooner than I’d prefer.

Knocking out some of the small things enroute to a date with the four post. Toyota PCV/Gromet installed. May swap out the Vacuum hose, its getting a little tender around the edges. Brake booster vacuum hose could use some love as well.

Some of my connectors are getting to the point of being unserviceable. Doing some replacement therapy.

Did you get a Sleeve with that pump? It is just a piece of neoprene pipe insulation.

Sure did. But I think it was by accident . I've gotten cheap in my old age. When I ordered the pump, I didn't order the installation kit, thought I'd save a few sheckles etc etc. Opened up the box this AM and the installation kit was included. I was just going to use some conduit clamps. I may still do that..

It's been a banner morning. I may run out for a ten-er on some scratch offs...

Looking at the CR booster/80MC. My eyeball thinks I may have an issue with the sniper....
I could be off here because I’m more familiar with the older ones, but isn’t the brake master offset further outboard to the driver side in your year? If so, I’m not sure if you’d have clearance issues because the master would be just outboard of the sniper linkage. Still may be too close though with throttle linkage, return spring, etc.

No sir, I believe you are spot on. But just from eye ballen' my big Puffy MC, I'm going to have a clearance issue with it. Now, I could be looking through my bad eye, I've done that before, I'm within a whisker with it possibly interfering for all the reasons you mentioned.

I'm about due for an MC, I think the 76 MC is NLP. The CR option is getting good reviews so while I'm in there!!! You know the routine. One step up and two long strides down the "upgrade hole".

Can't wait to see how the ol' Mule takes to getting her new tracheotomy (Sniper). I suspect that she may put up a bit of resistance but in the end it will be a work of art.

Wouldn't be the first time we've gone toe to headlight.

It's like putting lipstick on a pig, no matter the shade, it's still a pig. The Mule won't win any best of show beauty contest, the best it's ever placed was runner up in the diamond plate modified category. I think I was robbed :cautious:.
