I started to have really bad road noise from 45-60 mph. It isn't very noticeable above or below that. It also goes away completely when steering to the left or right. The tires are 33" but I have had them for a while and they didn't make this amount of noise before. I did recently change the lug nuts but that's it. Any thoughts on what the reason for this recent change in road noise can be?

Yes, your tires have worn down to a point where the tread is now talking to you due to it's present depth and/or shape of tread. Remedy is to (1) rotate front tires to rear, (2) run slightly more or less air
