I am wanting to replace my rear cargo panels with 3/8" Baltic Birch plywood. Thought I would see if anyone has taken the time to draw these before I go and do it.

I've already drawn the larger rear door, Planning a fold down table for that section. I have the .DXF if anyone is interested.

And here is how it looks installed. I plan to stain the wood grey to match the grey in the interior.

Are they held in with screws? Those awful plastic plug clips are rubbish

Looks really good. Getting the holes to line up is harder than it looks but then I am not an auto cad expert.

Where did you find tapered bolts?

I made the four rear panels using king starboard. The right side has a Baltic birch drop down table.

The Troopcarriers of Australia Facebook group has a dxf file for all the interior panels for Troopies (75/79 series). That includes the back doors. I've got a copy of that...

Ho can we get a copy of your dxf @Postoy?

DM me your email and I can send you the file.
I tried to attach it on here but I can’t seem to make it work.
