I saw a bit of Oregon when I was over there in '95, spent a couple days in Portland on the drive up to Vancouver (Cdn) fro LA...had a blast! All those massive trees (Douglas fir trees or something...my memory is fading a bit!).
We bought an old '78 Camaro in LA for $1400...350 T400...all black interior and duco...caned the hell out of that thing for 3 months...did a water pump and that's about it🤘
 
I'll bite, is it the heat shield? ...or the relief cut on the gusset?

Both plus the mounts are upside down as well as the frame mount welded on upside down. The rubber mounts are also not supposed to be stacked like that, one top and one bottom of the solid steel mounts is correct installation.
