Yuppers, that's how they do it. I need ~38mm under the lock washer.

Also just realized I can't add the length to the flange, it's the A750 bellhousing. I might need to revise the next version of the adapter to be 5mm thicker...

You could try ordering one of these as a test

91619 61240

It shows up as a valid part number.
Toyota fasteners part numbers, the last 4 digits represent thread diameter, and length
So, that part should be 40mm.

Or 91619 61235 should be 35mm

I'll give that one a try. I've been doing the same thing changing the last number.

Original was 90119-12250, I tried 90119-12240 and 38/39/41/42 plus so many other number combos my mind has gone fuzzy.

Well starting this sleepless morning at 3 netted this hours later. Need to make some alignment pins and flanged sleeves, but think I can have this all machined in the next couple weeks.

Next biggest hurdle besides time is going to be a computer($$$). The Haltech Nexus S3 meets all the requirements as far as I/O. I have pins mapped and a decent grasp on the shift logic i/o vs maps, just need to see their ideas on using pwm solenoids.

There isnt much documentation that I can find, but it looks like I can do special tables linked to custom parameters which I feel will be needed.

Nothing exciting, but at least it's shiny

Cough, cough. 1FZ patterened A750. Clearances are tight as expected and managed to have one hole off(so far) but it all actually lines up. Need to get a couple bushings turned and pressed then figure a time for actual test fitting to an engine.

Time to hunker down and see if I can find the M12x38~40 bolt, seems to be the last piece of the puzzle. Might end up going to McMaster.

Edit: apparently I can't add images currently..

bellmetric.com is a great source for high-quality metric bolts that look like OEM

Looks amazing

WOW! I completely forgot about this thread. When does mass production start? :)

It sure turned out pretty at least.

I still need to prove out that it fits, fix one hole so far and then see if I want to try and make them or just release the file for others. Right now time is so short, not sure what's next.

At least it half fits!

Any updates?

Nothing yet, been super busy with work. Still trying to find time to go mock it up with Fj80oregon. Then if all looks good, continue saving pennies for the computer.

A member here managed to swap in an 8 speed transmission.
I am posting the link here in case anyone needs to see the process and parts used (especially the ECU - TCU interface using another computer).
