Just finishing some body work on my roof and was wondering about the best way to apply the seam sealer? Any tricks??

Dan, That roof is too far gone. You better send it up to PG so I can dispose of it properly for you

All kidding aside, I would Rust Mort the seam then sandblast the gutter and then epoxy prime. Might take some time to find but I believe buckroseau went into good detail using self leveling sealer on his gutters on his LV build thread. Just my 2 cents.

Use a self leveling seam sealer and watch it magically flow out smoothly. Looks like you have a little more prep work to do before putting anything down, though.
So do you have a 45 build going on Dan? Pics man pics!!!!
