Hmm

Are you going to keep the project in WV or do you have plans to bring it back to Rockville?

TBD at this point. I have some supervisory work to do on the WV property with regards to earthwork once I return from the honeymoon. My plan/goal is to capitalize on that time away from home and finish the prototype swap while the earthwork crew is working. My shop in WV is 1500SF vs my garage at home which is 400SF. The more I can get done in WV the better because I can work a lot faster/more efficiently with room to work.

Once the swap is done, I will have to put miles on the rig to make sure everything is up to snuff before I put parts into production.

OK keep me posted if you move it to Rockville I'd be happy to help out and if you need someone to put some DD miles on it I commute from Rockville from New Market daily!

For a smog legal swap, I think the CTS-V manifolds are going to be the best (only?) ones that fit. Beyond that, I really like the looks of the hooker manifolds based on all the pics and measurements I've been able to find on the web. I think they will fit really well, but cannot confirm that at this time. The biggest potential conflict fitment wise would be the driveshaft IMO.

As for headers, standard off the shelf center dump block huggers from a variety of suppliers have been well documented to work.

There are no better fitting manifolds on the current market than the Hookers. If there were I would have found them . Fyi do yourselves a favor and not run the cheapie block hugger, they never really seal right.

None that I have had personally. Unless you need the Oem manifolds for emissions reasons (ca,ny) the hooker manifolds fit best
