Andy-
I've got some pieces to look at. Also have the toyota seals. Something that needs to be seen in person as there are 1000 pieces to the hardtop

Give me a summary Braswell. Maybe between us we can put a whole one together?

I think I can source all the small bits, mainly looking for the main pieces.

I have just about everything. Some small rust on a drop pole side.

Not sure I will sell the doors for the front

I don't need doors. I have front and rear doors.

all I need is the fiberglass top, rear hard sides, and rear cross member (above amby doors).

You are welcome to look at this... I'm interested in selling the whole set now that I have a soft top. PM me your email and I will send some pics

I just took my 78's top off if you need me to post up the different parts for you to inventory.

Paki-top. If i ever get another it will look like braswells. You end up with hardtop off about 9 months out of year and the whole dog situation is a pain in arse when you got the bolted on does not open tailgate on all summer.

Guys I know I've asked it before but I can't find what I did last time.

Oil in the 40...2F. What's my best bet on make and weight?

I have only found one oil (reasonably priced) that is designed for flat tappet engines.
Mobil 1 15w-50, usually available at your walmarts

If your pistons don't work, don't blame me.

Guys need a little help. Bout to show my ignorance here I'm sure.

New radiator on the 40. Drained the old one and block when I changed it out.

Went to refill today, and only 1.5gal of coolant went back in before radiator was full. Tried elevating the front end, no help. Tried running it for a second, no help.

Checked the block drain, fluid flows out fast when I open it.

Did I just not drain it entirely before? I know for a fact that more came out than I've put back in. Scratching my head...

If I run it, fluid backs up out of the radiator...

Have you let it run so that the thermostat could open?

Engine needs to get to operating temp to open
