I am putting the transmission in the same place it would be with an F engine.
I don't have your contacts in Australia and not too worried about not having an FJ40 top cover.

This looks amazing Nogo!! I just picked up a H55F but am several months away from getting it in. I hope this will be ready to order by then and hopefully not cost as much as the tranny.

We have a few of Ian’s “reproduction” ( modified 60/70-series ) covers here at the shop. We also have 2 OEM hood used covers here.
I don’t see a need to truly reproduce these anymore.
