What are you going to do about the fender skirts? I assume that you will be puting some back on once you get the fenders skined.

michael, I am going to try and reuse the ones from my old fenders.......... I will just have to do some special fabricationg to make them work.

had to completely redo it and the intake manifold, but yes I finished that yesterday..........it's a straight pipe! feel bad for whoever is behind me.......... also on a sad note I had to remove my gyroscope, it was right where the brace for the tube fenders had to be mounted............ oh well! I think I am going to sell it on ebay and do a 3FEI head swap and a supercharger, but that will be a while, I will just have to live with being stock for now........

I sectioned mine so i could move my fenders up and it worked realy well. mine bolt to the fender in 2 places and to the bib in one so they are still sturdy and even look factory.

oh you were talking about the aprons........ when you said skirt I thought you ment the inside of the fender ............. yeah I am going to trim mine like that, although I don't think I will have to trim as much.
