Yes. I did mine a few months ago. The driver's side was a piece of cake. The passenger side took a little maneuvering. Both were done from under the vehicle.

I don't know what size wrench it uses but a 7/8s is close. My wrench is too big to move it at all, not to mention how hard it is to even get it on the sensor. Did you use a short wrench or something?
Do the driver's side first - it's a piece of cake. I used a ratcheting 22mm for this. For the passenger side I recall using a small crescent wrench and a blunt object to break the sensor loose. After that it was many small turns before backing it out with my hand. Fortunately when I installed the headers I put a liberal amount of anti seize on the threads and didn't tighten them down very much knowing I would eventually replace them.

Did you unplug the sensor and then slide the ratcheting end over the plug onto the sensor? I did the same with anti-sieze and didn't over tighten, i just couldn't get any room to move with a large 7/8ths.
I remember i went to 4 different stores looking for a 22mm ratcheting wrench and couldn't find one. Lowes, HD, Sears, and three auto stores![]()

Yes - unplug first. I believe 7/8ths should work too. Unfortunately at the moment I'm 800 miles away from the Cruiser or I'd verify what I'm saying!
Yes, 7/8 works for 22mm... in decimal format 7/8=0.875, 22mm=0.866
I did the same search of Lowes, etc... found a 7/8 at Sears and used it for replacing the shocks. The top nut is completely inaccessible except by a box wrench.
I have called all the Sears, auto parts stores, etc. Looks like Amazon is where i am heading as well. I used the 7/8 on the rear upper shock as well, that sucked horrible not having a ratchet end, haha.
Nick is taking names and deposits for the 4th group buy. I just talked to him and gave him the $100 deposit.
