I'm planning to drive (no trailering) from San Diego to the trailhead on Tuesday 6/24, anyone from the general SoCal area want to caravan?

I'm happy to share what I have BUT it needs a little GUI updating for it to be friendly for others to use.
When you are ready, feel free to reach out to me. I love to see what you have. I do better with organization and structure, but fall short of my goals many times.

I have a FileMaker Pro "Packing" database with lists of "Items", "Events" & "Cases" that I use to create packing lists for each event. I can go back and see previous event lists and dupe them, then add/remove items as needed. I can then group the selected items into cases (locations). I can check off items as "staged" and the "packed". I generate a PDF that shows all of that that gets updated manually and I can then go back to update the database as things get staged and packed.
Overkill... probably (certainly), but it removes the anxiety of "Did I pack that?", "Don't forget to..."
I do the dialup version of that, I have plastic tubs in the garage, one with camping, one for cooking and one for spares(all with a list on top). Tools I have a list of stuff to add (truck has 2 tool rolls). Drawers in the back are a game changer for organization, but now I want a drawer fridge it never ends…,( mine isn’t as Genga as doug’s drawers/rear, he has it down amazing packout organization it’s impressive)

I learned what worked and didn’t for me from others, every year I find/learn cool new ways of setting stuff up and doing things, I highly recommend walking around at the springs and look at what other have/do, cruiser heads are amazingly creative and talented at making what they need…they will gladly tell you don’t buy/do this or that….

I too have been toying with the fridge drawer vs. the top open, although I like not having to open the rear gate to access fridge ?

I have some cruiser related things to sell that I can deliver to the event (to save on shipping), is there a Rubithon Flea Market thread?
congratulations on your new position as Rubithon swap meet chairperson!

You are welcome to bring and sell what ever you want BUT Please do not use the Rubithon name in any of that nor start any threads saying Rubithon Flea Market . Rubithon is not associated in any sort of event or any transactions .

Relax. I just thought it would be a good savings for some people if they found things they wanted and didn't have to pay for shipping.
Never mind. I'll just post in the classifieds.

I finally have my wife’s Sequoia ready to roll. Sliders on, skid plates made, fridge wired and new steering rack in. My 80 is ready. Just need to repack the drawers and respool the winch on both rigs

It takes a lot of anxiety away. It seems every trip needs a different set of stuff. Sometimes I tow the 40 and sleep in the Yukon, sometimes I camp & cook, sometimes I camp and restaurant, sometimes I'm traveling & camping out of the Troopy, this time towing cross-country, staying in hotels along the way and then camping out of the 40 for a few days. I can't do it all on one set of stuff.
I use Excel. A single spreadsheet with tabs for each event. Copy the basic supply tab to the end, change the name, edit as you see fit. Color coded cell styles for easy identification. Simple, quick, effective.
Been using the same file since 2007.

Get ready for what will feel like the longest work week ever!

No doubt, seems like this week suddenly everything is on at work, thats why I am packing all non perishables tonight. Tent, stove, saw, ez-up, cots, table, gold panning stuff, kitchen stuff, fill water jug, skeeter sticks, bags, maybe fishin pole ?
