I’ll be there!

Yes! Start now... Never ceases to amaze me how so many folks wait till the last minute to get their truck ready... which usually ends in one of two ways: They show up having completed X, Y and Z modifications but having not trail tested it (repairs, breakage on trail); or they literally don't show up at all because they did not get done in time (the worst). New Year is always a good time for routine maintenance too.

Looking forward to it! Wagon Run a good place for a 1st timer in a locked 80 on 37's?
I'd say this or Huff's breakfast run would be perfect for a first timer!!

Wagon Run is a great run to cut your teeth on out there. Ray is leading that one. It's a nice run if you want that extra day to relax in the Springs especially. If you're a day short on time, the Breakfast Run @ajordan1975 mentioned is the run you want and you'll have a good time there as well

I have an amateur radio question. I saw that having a Ham radio is strongly suggested. Are there channels that you are using that GMRS or FRS don’t have or will those radios also work fine? I’ve been told that it is time to ditch my 40 year old CB radio.

I’m planning for 2026. Will there be a 40 series run?

Most Runs use GMRS But at minimum The Trail lead should have a Ham incase they need to call out . I use Rugged Radio GMRS both hand held and a truck mount , And carry a Ham that i monitor .

If there is enough interest in having a Specific run then we certainly can look into it .

So I won a entry to Rubithon at the Souther Cruiser Crawl last year and in the paperwork with it , it said to call the number provided on the list to confirm which I did but no response on the other end . Is there a email that I can reach out to ? Stoked to be there as this is the 15th and last year we will be living in the US and the Rubithon has been on my bucket list for a long time already .
