A little more Kenda Porn for your viewing pleasure, taken this evening at a local, abandoned mine.

Have any of you guys aired these down yet? What PSI are you running as a DD and what are you airing down to on the trail? The shop has them pretty stiff and I'm wondering what the consensus is on good PSI.

running 34 to 35 psi normal. aired down 17. I have 8.5" wide rims, so haven't been too aggressive on ultra low pressures.
LX570.

FYI,

The RCTIP for those 35x10.50R17LT tires on your LC200 is 37psi F/R.

If you had an LX570, the RCTIP would be 33psi F/R.

Thanks guys. Going to air it down next weekend on a trail run and I'll report back.

Good info guys. I'm looking to get a set for winter and have them studded.

Waiting for my '89 Land Cruiser to sell then ordering up a set of Titan wheels and 35x10.5 Kenda Klevers for my 100 series. Great info in this thread. Appreciate all the feedback on the tires.

This is some good stuff. Considering these 35x10.5s on rock warrior wheels for my LX570. I assume I need at least a 1" spacer?

aim for 25 to 35mm positive offset. Rock Warriors are 50mm. A 3/4" (19mm) spacer -> 31mm. A 1" spacer (25mm) -> 25mm.

Either will work fine. 1" is more available and cheaper.

I stand corrected. I thought Kenda Klever MTs was good. I only got 30k miles from mine. They deformed and wore terribly. They could not be balanced. Just got new tires. Cooper STT Pros. Big difference!!! Buy once cry once. Never again for me. Reportedly strings detached on the perimeter of the tire causing deformation and wear.

Are you referring to the MT or the RT? As these are about 8 years apart in design (with the RT of newer design).

Still sucks when any manufacturer has a quality issue anywhere in the line.

Also, Cooper owns Kenda, though some Coopers are USA made.

MTs.

I just moved jobs - and the new job has a 7'2" garage clearance.

It's killing me, figuring out how to manage the RTT coming on and off, wanting to move to 35" wheels.

I've been searching for a 1966-1973 BMW 2002 that will work for summer duties, if I can commit to removing the RTT in the winter and truck with 35's will still fit in the garage.

How much difference are the tires? My 35” Kenda rt measure around 34.25 inches weighted. Perhaps measure your current and it won’t be a big impact?
