Sure there is a thread about this so please link if so. Running a BP-51 2” suspension lift right now and I’m wanting to install rock warriors with 35’s. Just didn’t know what was needed to do that so any advice is welcomed!

There's will be some challenges especially with KDSS, but it's not impossible. That will be your largest challenge in fitting 35x12.5s. You could also run a narrower 35x11.5 or equivalent that could make inside clearance for KDSS easier.
I had a set of 35x12.5-17 fitted on rock warriors. I used My 1.5" Kit (linked above), a spydertrax 2" spacer for the wheels to get to an 18 offset. you need to also bend in the mud flag bracket. My truck already had the Body Mount chop from my earlier 34's and prior to the KDSS Max kit development.
it "could be needed" depending on offset but from customer feedback 35 and 25 offsets are both fine. Also I would shoot for an 11.5" width (285/295, etc) since the rear tire starts to become more of a problem tucking with the 12.5"s, I ended up using the timben active off road bump stops (also for my next phase of rear setup, which is TBA).
I am currently running the 34" setup for a reasonable Fuel range (heavy E rated 35's had me at about 9mpg). I have done a ton of miles on the 34" setup in the past year, but will be also going back to a 35" for off road (E rated Mud tire). With my 1.5" kit I am running Rock warriors with no spacers (stock offset for them), and a 285/75-17 Nitto ridge grappler tire. I do prefer not running a wheel spacer if possible.
So there are options for 35's. or 34"s depending on what you want to accomplish.
I recently went through this journey in my build thread, but I figured it might be easier to locate in the future on its own as more members buy and build trucks and try to determine which size tire is appropriate. I think it's safe to say just about everyone wants to go bigger when they get new tires, and the good news is it's easy to go up a single sidewall size with no issues. *In order to keep the measurements specific, I'm using the published numbers for a Nitto Ridge Grappler LT load range E for all sizes* The stock replacement LT285/60/18 measures 31.69"x11.5", and one size up...
Sell the Land Cruiser and get an LX570. Way easier tire fitment and you'll come out ahead $$$ too
But yeah, all the points above. You'll probably need KDSS relocation and wheel spacers in addition to adjusting the front fender liner plastics, removing front mudflaps and bending back the mudflap brackets. Land Cruisers tend to prefer skinnier tires while Lexuses (Lexi?) can handle a 12.5" tire a little more easily. BMC is generally not required if you max out the caster with the stock eccentric adjustments, but may be necessary if you use an aftermarket UCA for caster correction. YMMV, every setup is a little different.
Looking at your sig, looks like you already have spacers (what size?) And aftermarket UCA's, so BMC may be necessary. Test before you chop though, just in case.
