I was going to say that I am going to be selling a few singles for $300/each so $300 a set even if hammered and scarred is a great price and someone has no idea what they have to be selling at that price. Hopefully not a scam.

He bought them and has them listed for $1475 so I don't think it's a scam.
Profit's not a dirty word so I can't blame him. Fair market price and someone didn't know what they had.

Thanks. The guy I bought them from told me he had another person offer him 450 so in the end he sold them to me for 450 plus a couple hours of my time to pick them up. Not a scam and they ended up nicer than I thought. Just not sure they are what I want so I listed them for sale. I always start high to allow for negotiations. Thank you

I think you'll get close to if not what your asking. I was honestly interested, but found a set a few hours closer to home.
I think you should keep them and run them personally.

Well I just ordered tires for them. I think I'll keep them and put em on my lx570. They are too awesome looking to not install them.

So is the general consensus for me to remove the spider tracks into the quarter spacers. Will the tires sit right at the rock warriors and no spacer?

For best drivability, if you are on a 285/70R17 or 285/75R17, I'd run with no spacer. Honestly with a RW, a 1.25" spacer is bigger than you'd want for any tire. Unless you don't mind the rub and like the look and are willing to sacrifice optimum on road driving characteristics.

Thinking about having the rings powdercoated gloss black. Thoughts, experiences with that?

So I installed the rock Warrior wheels on 285/70/17 and removed my spidertrax 1.25," spacers. With the 2018 landcruiser wheels the tire lined up with the fender lips. I had a 275/65/18 on the cruiser wheels. Didn't realize the tires would look so tucked in with the new setup. Any harm putting the spacers back on? Will it poke out too much? Does it increase the likelihood of rubbing anywhere with spacers used? Thanks

The spacers will put you at an effective offset of +18mm which is fairly aggressive. Not 100% sure but you may have rubbing issues and need to do some trimming.

So most people just leave them tucked in like this?

I've got them on my '18 with no spacers. I think it just looks more pronounced to you because of the change. I had the same "problem" when I took the 1" spacers off my 100.

Since you have the spacers, it wouldn't hurt to try them on and check clearances.

I'm going to get the rings powdercoated. I'll be leaving the rest of the wheel in its original color. My 2010 lexus is grey in color. What do you all think would look the best? Rings in satin black or light silver (lighter than the center grey). Thanks

With a 285/70, it should be safe to try it out with 1.25" spacers. If it bothers you or rubs too much, you can trade your 1.25" spacers for 1" spacers. No spacers is fine as well. It's really a matter of preference and you may have to experiment to balance the look you like vs. potential rubbing. You're not likely to run into major rubbing issues, perhaps minor rubbing with the 1.25". But also bear in mind, most minor rubbing issues are easily fixed by removing mudflaps or adjusting plastic covers in the wheel well. It's not like you're going to have to sawzall your fender! People get scared/intimidated by tire rub, but it's really simple to adjust on these trucks. Overall, 285/70 is still a very conservative (smallish) tire size, so just try out your spacers and see how you like it.

I'm running 285/70R17 on Rock Warriors with 1.25 spacers and have been for the last ~50k miles and two sets of tires. No issues and I think the "poke" is just about right, even or slightly outside of the fenders, but no rubbing or interference. The PO of this truck had removed the front mud flaps, and it has a TJM bumper with the front fender liners trimmed to match. When I bought it it had 275/70R18s on stock wheels with 2" spacers, and that didn't rub either.
I'd run the spacers if you have them, worst case is you take them back off if you don't like them. Be sure to torque properly and recheck after a few hundred miles.
