Anyone install a frost plug block heater in a 2LTE and know the size? or where to find the size without removing the frost plug (as I have to drive quite a ways to NAPA)?

Did you find anything on which Block heater to install ?
Good day mate, I just imported a 3.2 Pajero into Canada and i want to install a block heater on it. I see in this post you may have some info on fitting one. Do you recall what size you used and where it went into the block? Thanks for help !!Thanks for the follow up. Yeah it's always tricky to find block heater s for JDM's. Not only the right plug size, and position in the block, but even the way it is clocked. As you say, clearance can be a problem.
I guess my first job will be to find an accessible frost plug and mic it, once I get the truck. Maybe a little digging in partsouq too, to see if they list the bore size of the frost plugs?
I'll follow up here in case anyone else is interested. As the years go by, more 1kz's will make it into the us and someone may want to do the same?
Can't be any more difficult than my mitsu 4m41 i hope. Way upon the block, under the turbo. Good times.
It's been about 4 years since I did that one. Lemme do some digging and I'll update. Actually, I'll post it over in the lonely mitsu section and link it here.Good day mate, I just imported a 3.2 Pajero into Canada and i want to install a block heater on it.
