The dealer offered me more than that for my 2020 trade with 23000 miles and a few scratches. And I only had to pay sticker for the 2021.

Helpful insight would be appreciated.

Guess 75k is more realistic?

Was offered a Heritage at an enticing price point, however looking to the community to see what others experience has been.

Dealer cost on a non-heritage is probably right at 70-71.

These vehicles don't tend to move.

Demand is high at the moment, but that's likely to change once the new LX is announced or Toyota announces a new LX product in the US market.

Remember this is an antiquated platform at this point.

Thank you for the insight. Did you get a Heritage 2021? What was sticker, 80?

The price you quote is 10k+ off the best price I've seen from the best dealer in the country, and that was before the platform was announced as end of life and they started selling at a premium.

Your best bet is to reach out to @Eric Sarjeant .

All- Thank you this was helpful.

Perhaps the stupidest thing I've read in years. Do you write for a major car blog?
Let's revisit this in 6-12 months once the 300 is available.

Imagine driving a 60 series relative to the 80.

The 100 relative to the 200.

Technology doesn't stop progressing.

Obviously I appreciate the 200 if were having this discussion. It's a wonderful platform. That's why we are all here.

This has to be a troll level joke thread haha.

Have you seen clean 60 or 80 pricing lately? Or 40, for that matter?

Pay what you are comfortable with, and be happy with your awesome rig. This is a "200-series tech" forum, and this has absolutely nothing to do with tech.

I have a deposit on silver 2-row HE, getting it for $82k + tax. Tried to get a better deal even further away, but no dice. Eric wants ~$83.5k for same.

In the late spring I could have gotten 2020 HE in Blizzard Pearl (extra) for $80.8k + tax, it does not seem to be doable now.

And yeah, the platform is antiquated. For many it's a feature, not a bug.

Yes sir. I've had my fill of newer technology that's poorly implemented and unreliable. Sure Car Play would be nice, but at the end of the day, it's a vehicle and should excel at that.

unless you go to a platform with a diesel power plant, and no ECM or electronic controls for the propulsion systems, and electrical gremlin could easily leave you stranded.

If you're feeling nostalgic, 100 series checks quite a few boxes
