Next time on Street Outlaws,

Sounds like the "break in period" theory went out the door.
Break in...break in...I've heard these terms before!

Note: the 1/4 mile should read N/A

Confirmed the driveshafts are not the source of my vibration/droning. Pulled the rear and drove without it... no change. Pulled the front and drove without it... no change. Now I will pull both at the same time and drive without to see if there's a change. Greased them while I was at it. Should there be a little grease on that slip joint? They were both surprisingly dry.

Confirmed the source of another loud rattling. A bolt for the front mud shield was broken off in the cross member, and there were 3 others missing altogether. Been driving without it for the time being and no rattle. Drilled and tapped it and ready to reinstall.

yes the slip joint needs grease. mark it before pulling it apart to keep the u-joints in phase

Doesn't it just get greased from a zerk on the end? That's how the 80 is. Keep adding grease until the joint starts to move then stop.

Been working on a 3 axis hitch set up. The rotation is a little losser than I was hoping. But it is strong. Based on the TSC hitch parts but beefier.

Coming attraction. Grabbed these today from craigslister in Independence. 2011 Camaro SS cloth seats. Did quite a bit of research on forums and there were a lot of comments from bigger guys (6'+ and 240 lbs and +) about how comfortable they are. Time will tell but they feel about perfect so far. $200 for the set.

Be careful with that eject handle on the passenger seat.

Rolled Yoda outside.

To get the weekend started off right, I replaced a clip on an AC hose. Now I can say I accomplished something.

Now, let's see how long it takes to finish my next project. Steering rack, wheel bearings, TRE's and a heater bypass tube.

I've been working on the new welding table. Still upside down, going to need an army to flip it over. After about eight hours of grinding on Joshua's car, had to do something else. Saw a cool idea online, making a pullout drawer For plasma cutting.

No pictures because it is boring. But, I got the bearings done Sunday and had it aligned yesterday. Finished it up with the heater bypass tube last night. What a pain in the keister. Now now more leaks and it steers straight and tight. Now back to Rhonda the redhead.
