Hi everyone,
First-time poster here, but a long-time admirer of this community. I absolutely love my 2015 LX 570 — it’s been an incredibly reliable vehicle, and part of why I bought it was because of LC's reputation.
That’s why I was a bit surprised when my mechanic pointed out what appears to be significant wear on one of my control arm bushings (pics attached). The truck has only 110,000 miles, has been well-maintained, and has not seen much off-road use.
I’d love to get the perspective of other LX and Land Cruiser owners:

I’d love to get the perspective of other LX and Land Cruiser owners:
- Does this amount of wear at 110K miles seem normal for these trucks?
- Have you had to replace your control arm bushings around this mileage?
- Is this something that should be addressed right away, or can it wait without risking other components?
