I am new to the site and I am selling my 2007 LX470 and am trying to post to as many sites as possible as I know it is somewhat of a specialty vehicle. This is my second car and looking to upgrade to a 200 series as my main car. Check out my craigslist ad that I have posted for the details. I have done a lot of work to this truck to make it one of the best 100 series you will find. Contact me if you're interested. Posted in Des Moines and Denver craigslist.

2007 Lexus LX470 Toyota Land Cruiser slee offroad suspension package

Here is what I posted on craigslist of things done to the truck. For Sale is my 2007 Lexus LX470. The car is in amazing condition with everything in perfect working order. This works great as a daily driver or can be a great off road vehicle. I purchased the car 2 years ago and have spent a lot of time and money updating it. If you know anything about these vehicles, I have fixed any and all problems that can occur with them. Full AHC (automatic height control) delete replaced with slee offroad shocks (top of the line for this truck) google it. Full kit installed with diff drop and rear springs, have two OME rear spring kits. ($5,000 installed) Currently running the shorter spring. At about 135,000 miles rear ac system stopped working. While fixing it, put in all new AC compressor and all new lines for entire system. ($4,500) Works great! When they replace the AC had them put in all new timing belt and water pump. All fluids also were flushed and replaced including transmission and differentials. Has Slee offroad rock slider steps. ($1,000) Also comes with two sets of 33 inch tires. (Biggest tires that fit without ZERO rubbing) Michelin Defender ltx and Nitto Terra Grappler G2's both with less than 10,000 miles on them. Truck is located in Iowa.

Forgot to mention that it also has full dynamat package on floors and doors so it is nice and quiet on the highway.

Looks very clean but one could almost get a 200 with a bit more miles for that price

Showing undercarriage to validate no rust will help esp. as you're asking a premium (the right buyer who shares your mod preferences maybe out there GLWS).

More Pictures of undercarriage posted on craigslist. Also have receipts of engine and A/C work done.

Data points: One can easily get a 200 with the same or less miles for this price. The local Lexus dealer had a really nice 2009 (LC) with 119k miles for $32k, and there was what looked like a clean 2008 with 146k miles for $26.9k locally lately where 200s fetch a premium.

I understand that the price is higher than most stock 100's but most have not had all of the work done that mine has. I have spent well over $15k in the last 2 years making this a headache free truck with a lot of good upgrades.

Never expect to get labor investment back....
What is a fair price? I was thinking a stock 100 like this would fetch $25k. I discounted the money I put into it in half to come up with $32k...Keep in mind there is also $3500 in 2 sets of basically new tires. I would definitely entertain offers but I thought this was a good starting place seeing as you can never go up in price...

Low 20s is what I'd expect to pay for an excellent example with 150K. My 128K example was $24.4K stock & beyond leaky front CVs plus touching up some surface rust (door edges / chips) it needs nothing.

FWIW - when selling my Audi S4 last month I got $5K over market value because I found a buyer who happened to value 95% of the $13K in mods (that's just parts). I got lucky though because every other offer was $3K LOWER than his.

I ended up having to replace all of the lines as well as the rear evap core and compressor. Also had the main compressor and idler pulley replaced. It was not cheap ( about $4,000) but it is good as new now.

Man you have a nice truck. Good luck with everything. Unfortunately your asking a bit more then it is worth. You have about $6800 in extras here on top of a truck that is really worth about 20k stock tops. The AC repair is great but its tough to recoup your money out of that. I'd say if someone offers you 23k, you should count your lucky stars. I love the look and I do have a soft spot for 100's so maybe I'm wrong. Happy New Year
