This is a mechanically sound (as most cruisers are) 2000 Landcruiser I bought from the original owners that used it as a toddler taxi for nearly twenty years. It came with a couple small dings and dents (nothing major) and a well worn driver seat and steering wheel (I covered the former with Carhartt covers, included). If you're familiar with these vehicles, that's all par for the course. They had recently replaced the timing belt and I replaced the starter shortly after purchasing it. It's had no issues since I've owned it and it's taken me all over the western US in that time without complaint.
As you can see, I've removed the rear seats and installed a bed/drawer system for camping. I built it myself (with the help of a friend) and it comes with the vehicle, as well as the original seats (the bed/drawers are attached to the seat mounts and luggage tie downs and are 100% removable). I also removed the running boards, but they come with the vehicle.
I've made no mechanical modifications, but I did add aluminum crossbars to the roof rack, a deployable awning, and mud tires (I’d say 90% tread left at least), all included. I will also throw in my recovery gear and case (seen on the roof) as well as a bunch of other camping centric goodies (per my gf's discretion, I can't remember what's hers).
This particular model year came stock with a center locker and ATRAC (so no rear or front lockers). I've never had cause to use either however, I don't like getting too crazy, but it's nice to know they're there.
Anyway, overlanding is all the rage and these vehicles are having a "moment" right now, so if you're in the market for an adventure ready vehicle, then here you are.
I still owe payments on this vehicle so depending on how it is purchased, you will have to wait a week or so on the bank and state to deliver the title.
