I bought my well used 2000 LX470 in 2015, had Slee replace the broken AHC with their OME 1.5" Medium suspension, Mike at BIOR add sliders, skid plates and a rear bumper. Other than that all service has been done by LEXUS. It had 176,000 miles on it, it has 246,000 miles on it now. It has been remarkably trouble free. I was looking the service records and see no evidence of the spark plugs ever being replaced! How often should the be replaced? I've searched the forum but see varying answers.
 
I like to do at 90K miles with T-belt. But have seen as high as 250K miles, before gap exceeded spec. FSM states when gap 1.2mm or greater (1.1 on Denso TT).
Some of the Lexus OM, ssate 60K miles. Some Toyota OEM, state 120K only as environmental concern.
