See image / 2003 land Cruiser 289k miles. Note corrosion inside well #7 (rear passanger), also some in cylinder 5 but others normal. Plug was fully seated but may not have been at some time in the past. Also that coil was heat damaged. Is there a likely cause other than a loose plug in the past.
