I had Nitto Ridge Grapplers in 285x65x18 installed on my 2020 HE (stock suspension) today. No rubbing issues yet.
Aired up to 42psi tire pressure at installer per recommendations here.
Only had time for a short 75mph drive and did slightly hear and feel the tires E-rating a little. Not enough for me to be concerned about. On the fence about installing the 1.25" spacers I bought from SLEE.
Anyone have photos of this setup with spacers?

Hi. My first post. Went to Les Schwab today to install my new 275/70/18 Mazama open range tires. They said they would not fit.
stock rims, no other mods. 2020 base cruiser. So your right take your chances, not a sure bet!
Yeah but tons of folks run that size with minimal if any trimming. Did they try and fit them or did they just look at the door jam and say no without even trying.
I have Michelin Defender LTX in 275/65/18...I think they look better than 285/60/18 (0.6” taller, 0.4” narrower). Cheaper tire size as well.
That's what DT told me about Toyo AT3s, same size. I said they'll fit and to put them on. They put them on. They fit.
I just ordered Toyo AT3s in stock size (285/60R18) for my 2017 LC. I was planning to use my stock rims but wanted get current opinions on understated / quality rims w/ 18-25mm offset that are worth it. No Mods, No lifts. No spacers.
My 20 HE BBS rims are stamped 60 offset. I’ll post a picture at some point, but just put them back on for summer & don’t feel like jacking it up again soon,
in regard to spacers. I have OZ wheels with 30 offset & Blizzaks fior winter. So about the same poke. Severely disappointed by how much water it throws up on the windshield from the tire in puddles. Maybe the Blizzaks partly, but leaves me with no interest in spacers despite liking the look.

Toyo AT 3 LT 285 65 18 on 2020 Heritage, no rubbing so far but haven't tried full lock in reverse so more to come. Running at 42 lbs as per Gajin, firmer than stock for sure but just feels better to me and certainly looks better!

I don’t know how to link it, but post #843 in this thread. My pics are pretty crappy and too far away to tell much. There’s nothing particularly impressive looking about this bland tire in a modest size, but in person the slight increase in height versus stock was noticeable to me. They have been great so far and mpg improved slightly over stock Dunlops.

Great looking truck. Any more pics with the new tires? I also have a Blizzard Pearl HE. Now you're tempting me to go these Toyo's.
Would also love to hear your update on driving impressions and any rubbing issues.

Yes, it does matter. Here's the pertinent specifications page that shows the acceptable rim widths for the LT285/65R18 Toyo Open Country ATIII tire:
Further, the TRA (Tire and Rim Association), the folks who set the specifications for all things tire and rim (wheel) related, list the following "Approved Rim Contours" for all LT285/65R18 tires:
