I'm betting you'd scrape like nobody's business with 34's if you tried that.

Was that in regards to my video? Those were 34s and there was no scraping ;)

I was assuming Travis was kidding. Maybe not?

Also...why don’t I remember that spot? Assuming that’s on your way out toward the exit?

Yep it's at the very end just before the trail turns to a dirt path. I like that last 20% or so of the trail where everyone assumes the hard stuff is over. I actually think the last part is the hardest, it's just less scary since there aren't drop offs by those obstacles.

Agree. The crazy looking slick rock is pretty straight forward...but the actual exit gets sketchy for sure. Like you say...you feel like it’s done, but then the tippy, loose, mess of an exit. Seems to change a lot too...

Was in TN over the weekend and found a dirt trail that led me to the top of the mountain

Exactly! And even that photo is deceiving. Doesn’t LOOK sketchy there...but it is. I recall Tony saying that was his most tippy moment in Moab.

For me, personally, yes. It doesn't look bad from the pic but it's a creepy, tippy, angle. Rear driver was in the air from what I recall. I dropped in with my front wheels at a bad angle (not pictured) which didn't help. :D

Ya, creepy is the word.
I thought it was actually better this last summer. But that photo is from two summers ago and it felt a nudge away from a roll rightward.

Slick-rock photos get all the attention in Moab...but we both know it’s the loose, rock-dirt combos that end up feeling sketchy.
