You were not kidding about making sausage!! How long do you smoke it for?

6-8 hours smoking usually. It’s a whole day process Saturday grinding and casing. Sunday we finish in the smokehouse. We did about 400 lbs this year. Sausages are a mix of venison and pork.

A winterized VDJ200 in its correct environment at 15 below Celsius zero, hauling kids and stuff. Ski rack from Fabbri, italian brand.

Pretty sure that’s my old 18 I traded in. The cross bars are missing and looks like Boulder Toyota badge...

Prerunner update:

FRONT DIFFERENTIAL FINALLY REMOVED ! + axels + driveshaft

Factory axel housing is still there though to protect the bearing , I will have to custom make one for 2WD

Finally now I can remove the safety straps + 2 inches of additional front travel (added ten turns of preload) plus much less front weight (70+ kg removed)

The limit straps are not removed yet, Have to double check on the suspension components first to make sure it can handle it properlly. Should give me 2 inches of additional down travel.

What I noticed.

- Much better accleration
- Gear shifts much faster no hic ups
- Much more fun!
- * Did not test offroad yet didnt have time, will do next weekend. Have to revalve aswell.
