200 Series Factory Locker Switch?

Yes, definitely available overseas, for example an Australian VDJ200. Not too hard to bring the needed parts over, we can get them. You would have to do some minor mods to the axle housing (40/60/70/80 guys have been doing it for years). I scouted it all out for my 200 but chose to go proven ARB instead. Faster actuation, etc.
No Aussie 200 got lockers either :(

No kidding? I could have sworn it was a limited year option on 200's. Oddly the EPc shows it as an option for Australia market too? That makes finding parts even more difficult :D

Definately no lockers in any year here. The FJ and Prado did get them, nothing for the 200. I'm fitting ARB Airlockers with 4.3 Nitro gears,

Nice!

I've got 8 factory lockers around my place... in almost every case I'd prefer the speed and strength of the ARB.

Got the switch today. Here's the pinout for those that are want to know before ordering:

There are five positions, three pins are extant, looking at the back of the switch, from left to right, - A - B C (alpha is a pin, - empty)
"off" - no connections between C, B, or A
RR C is connected to A
FR-RR C is connected to A, B is connected to A, C is connected to B.

My amateur read on this:
C is for 12V in
RR - 12 V out on A
FR-RR 12v out on A and B

Exactly how you'd expect to work. Not sure how or if it dims yet, but testing with a 9v didn't lead to illumination . . . with these pins it is not super likely.

*Edit fix pin refs

Note per this article that the switch wants 12v on A, and C is the RR out, B the FR out.

WhT is the part number for the 200 FR RR switch itself?
Have to use the 80 series one. You need the clip and wires x3, then bezel. I can only find the bezel threw Dubai on eBay. Just did this for my 2011 front and rear ARBs
