I read the WSJ every day (mostly) and I was excited to see the article in Saturday's paper. First thing I read. As I read it I was thinking "where is this going?" and "what's with all the metaphors?" Couldn't we use Rhino instead of Hippo or Pachyderm? (I actually named my old 80 the Rhino)

I came away being very disappointed with the article in that he really doesn't understand the reasons someone would buy a LC.

Just mad because it costs a car payment to PARK his car in that city. *Responding to original post, didn't see that this was 4 years old*

It really does lumber in stock form. Stiffer springs/shocks (TD), better brakes (DBA) and an intake/exhaust (aFe/Gibson) woke mine right up though. Hauls a$$, flat in turns, brakes hard and confidently. Feels more like our old X5 than an LC.
