Those are earls -3an fittings. The adapter is 1/8 inverted flare to -3an.
Thanks! I was wondering if they were AN fittings, makes total sense why I couldn’t seem to find metric inverted flare fittings like that.

i did a 1330km distance, fuel consumption is at 750km/80 liter, 35" tire R/17 wheels. tune is finalised with the best performance that it can provide.
i'm currently waiting for smaller size injectors. currently i'm running +30%.
i also think that i will build another 1kd that will produce 300-400hp again.
yes "again"...........
 
A broken CT16V has been repaired. But then I got a Garrett replacement. It is covered because this one actually have a custom impeller. Sorry boys, something still need to be secret.

Latest update clutch slipping after 4500km drive.
I’m using a npc 1008 clutch. 4th and 5th gear slips. Now the 3rd gear is slipping. New clutch is on order. I will show what the clutch selection next.

I’m having clutch slip on 5th gear, then 4th and 3rd. Due to that i choose uniclutch. Blue which is 800ft-lbs torque. Pedal feeling is lighter than standard clutch. Very forgiving on traffic jam situations. It is very grip totally. Alittle bit of noise when engaging the clutch due to it is a twin plate. But it is a lot quiet compared to regular twin clutch, well….. back in my petrol engine days.

It is almost 1 year since I start my engine swap till now. It is expected that the 1KD very efficient. Depending on what u are doing with it.

Results
200WHP (obd2 flash tuned)
+10% euro 3 injectors
35x11.5xR17 tire size .
Consuming 80 liter diesel = 800km distance highway use. +/- 30km difference street and highway drives.

I would want to push higher 250whp power. But I went through 4 times of blowing up my manual transmission already.
 
All photo time line goes in order, I will be driving as is for now with my 200whp tune. Meanwhile I’m looking for transmission solution. Or I will keep it as 200whp, anything more than 200 will break the gear box.

You went through four rebuilds on the transmission?! Time to beef up your transmission case. I thought the transmission was strong enough to handle this power, but I guess not.

If you don’t do things that is crazy like what I’m doing , it will hold. It’s just a 151f doing its things when seeing a 250whp . They never like it. H55f is abit higher h152f is abit higher than the 55f. I broke many transmission in the past. With different combination of engine.

It is easy to rebuild if there’s parts. I’m going to bc by end of the month. I don’t have extra hands for camera.
