I'm curious what kind of milage a "fresh" 1FZ will get. Milage/range are my biggest sticking points right now.

Really appreciated this thread. I got a lot of useful info out of it in addition to just enjoying seeing a top-notch professional restoration. My DIY restoration benefitted from it.
 
Agreed. Very nice work. 80's sure do clean up nice if one is willing to put in the hours.
