In Denver area. Im trying to restore my fj40 and need extra cash so this is up for sale. She isn't the prettiest girl at the dance in that she has some battle scars and was built to be used. 1994, 230k, 5.29 gears, factory lockers, old man emu 5" heavy competition springs which ride really nice, 37 inch irok radials, 12000lb mile marker winch, arb front bumper, 4x4labs rear bumper, custom sliders, slee control arms, manafre skid plate, led lights, rear storage drawers, rear dog guard gate thing to keep dogs in the back. Has on board air and tank but viar compressor needs replaced. Moves pretty good with the 5.29s and the 1fz which pulls hard n smooth for the miles. Just passed emissions, replaced rear main seal and front crank seal, no oil leaks. While trans n tcase was out all wire plug connectors got dielectric grease to prevent water intrusion and corrosion in connectors. Has maaco single stage paint job. Custom aluminum roof rack, cold a.c., freakishly hot heat, dual batteries, double din stereo with GPS and sub and kenwood speakers, new birfields, New O2 sensors, refrigerator that's 12v, 110v, or propane, have snorkel but not installed $12500.00 pm if interested don't lowball me and waist my time. Find something else if u don't like my rig. The amount it costs to do these kind of mods is substantial. You want something pretty with lowee miles it will cost you 15k. You want a cheaper modded 80 with some dents pm me :beer:

If you go to the slee web site you can see that they are milled out of a peace of flat steel, no tubing. I have be looking for front control arms and have not seen any made of tubing. I would be interested in seeing a picture of the hole arm, from what I can see it look custom made.

Do you know if the head gasket has been replaced?
AFAIK, I don't think it has been replaced. However it does not run hot or anything. Temp needle stays just below the middle area on the gauge even on hot days (95 degrees) with the air conditioning on pushing it hard up a mountain pass here in Colorado. From what I have read their is a 50/50 chance of a 1fz having a head gasket problem it seems. Some have issues, some never have issues with the head gasket.
