Got the harness properly routed and secured.

Burning the midnight oil on my own junk.

Cheers

So with the extra wrap on the harness the factory holder isn’t going to work.

So improvise, this should do, at least for a number of years.

Nice, when I did my head gasket it was routed through the intake in-between the intake runners. Your way is better

Some guys will cut the manifold so it can be removed without a tear down. I opted for a stock setup. I don’t plan to tear it down for many years.

That's what I did...I cut a small notch in the lower intake manifold. I did it to save time on wire removal, get more room to wrap the main line with heat tape and most importantly not break anymore plastic electric connectors. I think I broke 3 of the injectors!

By the way, the coolant drain in the block is updated on the new blocks.

The old one doesn’t work.

Starting the evening session on my truck now.

Changed the main rubber fuel line tonight from tank to filter in engine bay. Wow, it took some effort! I am thinking some kind of corrosion, it took easily 100ftlbs to break free and was no easier once I broke it free.

Dis-similar metals cause this you think? The Cruiser is rust free so it’s not like it is rusty.

Brake lines tend to do that too I think. I don't know why they get so stuck.

Worst one I ever had to deal with. Just glad it didn’t get destroyed.

Cheers

Finally got the clamps in today I have been waiting on. So tonight I finished this up.

I did some other things as well but they are to buried to photograph.

Cheers

I didn’t get much done yesterday because I had to go help my buddy with his mini jet boat. 250 bolts in the hull to hold on the UHMW.
