Sadly parting with my 87 FJ60. It is very reliable and ready to go anywhere.
The good:
stock 2F, straight 6 engine was replaced at 320K with a newer engine. All smog equipment was kept intact so it should easily pass DEQ inspection. All work was done by a Davis $ Clark Automotive in Bend
The truck was purchased with a rebuilt tittle due to body work and paint estimate. The truck was properly repaired and was repainted in the original factory color by a local Auto body shop. It looks and drives great!!
The truck its self has 325K per odometer but you would never know it based on appearance.
Grey original interior is in great shape considering its vintage.
Dark grey exterior: paint overall excellent condition. NO rust, frame or body.
Signals, AC, PS, everything works
Tow hitch wiring was replaced by licensed electrician
JVC stereo has wifi/bluetooth + new speakers all round
All Terrain tires are in good condition
Repairs needed:
Front windshield has rock chip on passengers side, recently by gravel truck $ 250
2nd gear in transmission is out. Other gears and 4 wheel drive work fine. The price has been reduced to mitigate repair. Local quality shop estimated
$ 865. Ive been driving it w/out 2nd for two years.
Will take for pre-purchase your choice/ your dime.
