I bet that comes in handy in the cockpit.....
An alarm goes off if I press the wrong button and fortunately my hearing is still pretty good. :)

The fact that the other two crew members are screaming NOOOOOOOOOO also helps.

Then you'd spill your coffee in your lap.

Back to the truck, you could wire an alarm signal into your dome lamp and put a red lens on it.

People would think you were a cop......:grinpimp:

The fact that I can be outrun by a moped doesn't make me a very scary cop.

They would simply assume that you are finishing up a traffic stop. :rimshot:

The 2H turbo is going to be in the 12-15 psi range so it will be my rocket ship. :)
I'm actually looking forward to going from 0 to 60.

While I was in Charlotte this week undergoing recurrent flight training I had the opportunity to share a meal with Sam Houston (Elkaholic on 'MUD) and ride in his 200 Series Land Cruiser. Despite the fact that the vehicle and engine didn't rattle or smell of diesel fuel and burnt oil, the 200 Series isn't a bad ride. ;)

It was nice seeing you Charles. I apologize for the overly refined cruiser, but I am not comfortable in Charlotte's rush hour traffic in the old gal - too damned many ID 10 Ts driving

Now we need to get a U.S. 70s meet up scheduled and include more folk ;)

I would very much enjoy that.

You Web Wheelers need to come to Moab the end of April. I'll take you out and scare your rockers......:santa:

By the way, most of you would not believe that there is anything as cool as Land Cruisers (the 7X variant at the top of the pile of course) but Sam recently sent me some SERIOUSLY COOL literature related to my other passion, the M1 rifle....THANK YOU Sam.....

I was on fire twice today flying in the Swiss Alps so I seriously doubt you can scare me.

That thing needs sliders......:flipoff2:

Yup. Pritchett Canyon BABY!

Refresh my memory, is Moab in Alabama or Mississippi? :)
