I wish I had thought of this idea back when I owned Land Rovers.
My garage would have been a lot cleaner. :D

The canvas canopy is in the fabric hospital undergoing a complete re-engineering and should be reinstalled next week. :)

1978HJ45,

Your pick-up is starting to look like a piece of wheeled jewellery - what a lovely unit it is!
Any way you can get a picture of a P-61 Black Widow in here with your 75?

Glad you are keeping the top. I really like it. Any logos, advertisements, or color schemes in the works for your new canvas top?

The color will remain the same however the thickness will triple along all of the areas where it rest along the framework. I am also going to add Velcro strips to better secure it along the framework. The Velcro should keep it from buffeting as the wind flows across the top. Small steel rods will be inserted into the side flaps (for weight)
so they don't flop around while I drive. Because of the excessive speed a 2H powered HJ75 is capable of the canvas canopy actually acts like a giant airfoil. :D

"the South will rise again"

and his horn can be the dueling banjo song.

Wayne you must be clairvoyant.......
"The South Will Rise Again" is actually printed ( in large letters ) across the top of the canvas so it is visible from airplanes, helicopters and tall deer stands. :D

The locals are already baffled by the steering wheel being on the "wrong" side and the exhaust smelling like fried chicken. The rising sun on the hood would push them over the edge. :D

It's not everyday you have the opportunity to get a 70 Series and a Boeing B-17 in the same photo. :D
*Sorry for allowing the Ford pickup to get into the frame. :)

Grrrrrrr to the Ford I love the other two.
