So a Canadian tire company sells a brand of batteries? An all purpose company I guess. :)

Not a big issue ......
I will be changing them out shortly anyway.

canadian tire is like what western auto used to be. I've got some clawfoot metric wrenches brandeed canadian tire, and not made in china

I haven't heard the "Western Auto" name since I was a kid. :)

I never heard of rust in the usual spots when I was a kid, must be something new

.....you forgot ......rust in the usual spots ..... But "easily" repairable. :D
One of the most abused phrases in Cruiser sales. :)

Got some goodies in the mail today...... :)
FINALLY got a bonnet protector ...... Thanks Alberto. :D
....and yes I realize it doesn't mount to the rear bumper but than again I am occasionally overtaken by fast flying bugs.

Matching rim for my BJ74 spare tire ...... Thanks Arcteryx. :)

I spent the last two days remodeling my garage entrance because the BJ74 needed an additional 2" to clear. I had the choice to remodel the garage or remove the lift kit and I thought remodeling would be easier. :)
My HJ75 ( no lift kit ) cleared with about 1" to spare.

Bonnet Protector or Bug Shield as it is referred to by us rednecks ......... Although it is only temporarily mounted ( I still need to repair a couple of letters ), I think it is a nice addition to my ole Cruiser.

i like them ...:D
they are great for protecting the hood edge from stone chips ...
the stones bounce off the protector and into the windshield instead.:hillbilly:

Not an issue.....
As luck would have it, I recall seeing an interesting thread on 70 Series windshields on the forum recently. :D

Does anyone have the paint code for this "silver" roof?

I don't have the paint code but I have to say that is a nice cruiser family photo. Have you had a chance to make use of the gun rack?

Thanks ......
No critters are in season yet but will be shortly even though the HJ75 is my main "critter getter." :D
