Thanks.....
These units are actually available on EBay ( in very limited numbers ) but have a tendency to be a little pricey. ( $300.00 to $350.00 )

$300-$350?? that is pricey?
that is about the cost of a couple good meals in Florida, no?

I don't live in that Mickey Mouse State. I live in the heart of the Old South...Georgia.
:D
With two children in college, $300.00 to $350.00 is indeed pricey. :)
That money will buy a couple of college books or a few gallons of diesel.

Mickey mouse, my bad. i hear Georgia is supposed to be pretty nice.
i was making a joke that came off poorly. $350 is costly although factory pieces are much more.

Considering you are Canadian, I forgive you. Heck most of our geography books refer to Canada as that "frozen waste land" we gave up after the War of 1812. :D
Those same books also say the South won the Civil War ..... so go figure.:)
Georgia is indeed a very nice place to live and you are always welcome to visit.
I will introduce you to fried food and grits.....

my doctor will love you for it ...
i am itching for a nice long drive once i get these 3 builds completed. there are a few blokes in the States that i want to meet in person.

Drop by anytime.....
Having "unclogged" arteries is "overrated". :D

You want to come down here and i would like to go up there ( the grass is always greener on the other side syndrome ). I wonder how long it would take at 85 kms and I am curious if I could put another 70 Series in the bed of the truck and hide it up under a tarp. :D

I am proud to live in the State of Georgia where hunting dogs ride in more style than the average person. The owner probably has more money in his "dog hotel" than I have in my entire HJ75. :D

Great thread and nice hj75

On the dog condo, I resemble that comment, my black mouth cur is sleeping at the foot of the bed right now, just haven't figured out how to get a dog condo in the back of the fj80 so he just rides in the front..

On the serious side some of the best hunting dogs in the world come from the south. Mine earns his keep hunting and yes he is well loved/spoiled.

Btw Those beds run 8-10k and have heat and a/c . They are nicer than most peoples cars..

im curious how much did u pay for hj75 in ur country?

......" They are nicer than most people's cars" ..........
......there are several in my home town ( one that is being pulled by a diesel Defender 90) that is probably nicer than my first home. :D

Possibly the only 70 Series in the U.S. that plays a direct role in your cotton t-shirts and jeans. :D
The Chevy and Ford guys at the cotton gin tell me I have a cute little truck. :)
For you "city boys" this is cotton that is waiting to be defoliated and then picked.

some things you don't ask

For our foreign friends, there are some things you don't ask a guy in the "South". You don't ask him how many head of cattle he owns, you don't ask him how many guns he owns and you don't ask him how much his truck cost.:) All of those are sacred!

is that dirt on the tires?
damn abuse, abuse i say ... you shoulds be a ashamed of your self.

That is actually Georgia clay which is a mixture of red dirt, toxic waste and velcro.
I washed it as soon as I got home.....it is now back in the garage under a cover. :D
