RARE TOYOTA Landcruiser BJ45.
Imported by me from my personal collection of 85 different TOYOTA Landcruiser.
I have owned this one for the last 23 years.
Rare because this car bares the last VIN and the last engine number for the European production.
Rare because it is a Diesel and they were never imported in the US.
This is the real Japanese version.
Motor is a 3B, paired to a 4 speed manual transmission. ALL original.
Rims come from a 1983 Toyota Landcruiser that raced the "Paris-Dakar" Rally in 1983. I can provide the original clipped rims as well.
Freshened up last year with a brand new paint on a rust free chassis.
All glasses are original and carved with TOYOTA logo.
70000 Kms or 49000 miles
I am located in Florida and the car has a free and clear FL Title.
I have ALL the original books and maintenance record stamped by the dealership.
Perfect shape.

Asking $40000 obo
can help with shipping

Not to be mean, but how do you jive the 82 & earlier dash, with the declaration that this is an 83? Likewise, there are 84 BJ45 Troopys in Europe (even a couple of 85's), so how does that fit into your claim that this is the last one? Do you have any sort of paperwork to support the claims? It is a rare truck no matter what, and certainly looks like a beauty, but you will definitely need to provide proof to support your claim if you want to get premium pricing for it.

just noticed, looks like the spare tire carrier is on the wrong side. you need to open the carrier to get the ambulance door open. if inside you'd be stuck as you would not be able to get out.

seems as tho this was on ebay a while ago and chatted about in the 45 tech section??

Yes I do have the documentation to back up the claims.
As there is a guy called Kevin MARTY who did save the entire history for old Ford Mustang, There is a guy called Ulrich who did the same for Landcruisers.
His infos confirm by sayings

I've never seen a troop carrier with four sets of wing windows on the top. Also the lack of corrugated metal stamping in the wheel tubs is new to me. It appears to be flat metal.
ALL my BJ 43 and 45 came with that type of windows.
Lots of people mix up the European model with the South American ones.

The tire carrier is ORIGINAL to the car and mounted on the right side.
It's designed that way and I do have other BJ with the tire carrier on that side.
True that I have displayed all my trucks on Ebay at one point but most were sold by words of mouth between collectors.

If you look the other J45 I had, it has the same windows.
The other BJ pictured in the forum have the same windows.

Seems kind of shady. a lot of incorrect bolts and other anomalies.
