On consignment is this 1978 FJ40 with Saginaw power steering and 82400 miles. She’s spent much of her life in Phoenix and Prescott Arizona. The current owner, a retired Dentist, did a rotisserie frame off restoration that spanned four years beginning in 2013.

I have a couple retired Dentist buddies and they went to school together. This belongs to one of them. They both love tinkering with Cruisers. They're out here on MUD somewhere. I've sold a few trucks for them. This one just needs a couple cosmetic tweaks like the right wheels, unpainted hood hooks, little stuff. 4 years into the restoration and it wasn't bad to begin with. It was done with care. They are working on another one.

I'm genuinely surprised that red 40 hasn't sold yet..it's a nice truck with a nicer price!

Usually ones that clean pop up in the $40-50k range..

I recently did a compression test on it and the numbers were 140 to 145 across the board. I have a new OEM clutch master cylinder being installed next week. Current one is seeping. Put new plugs in and tweaked the Weber which lowered the idle and she’s running nice and smooth.
