Thank you, sorry for the Hijack Money! Getting old soon man! What you got planned.

Good call on the bezel spacers, I wondered what would keep that from rubbing. It didn't have any spacers on it when I took it off but who knows what someone else did. Apparently its upside down so I need to take it off and redo some things. yes that is a chopped 6bt manifold and the oil filter has no clearance issues. Its really easy to access but I did have to get a different battery box that allowed me to move it to the driver side. The box is a Man-a-free dual battery kit minus the passenger side box. Spendy but a decent product after some plasma/welding work to the mount.

Where did you get your 1/4 and front fenders and how was the fit on them?

Love the rig its clean.

The Cumota is on the road today!

I thought long and hard about cutting into the dash because I was going to build and sell. No way will I ever sell it after driving it the first time. Dash... meet Mr. Holesaw! The ashtray was considered but I need 3 gauges and only 2 would fit in the tray. Bezel is flipped and spaced by the way. Top speed was 67 mph but I have some more pump tweaking to do. Fast enough for a short wheel based rig. I'm going to replace all the tie rod ends and have it aligned, the steering is a little loose but drivable. Guess I'm just a stickler!

There's only one alignment parameter, toe-in, and it's easy to set in the driveway.

You should post up a video of a 1/4 mi run or a high-speed pass or something. I'll bet it sounds awesome. Muffler or not?

AWESOME rig! Just about the only other motor I would seriously consider putting in my 40 besides a toyota power plant. The whole rig looks really good too!

As far as power goes, there's a guy in one of my diesel mags that is making 350 HP with a 4bt and I can't remember the torque numbers, but I guarantee that it would be fast enough for a 40! :D The sky is the almost the limit with a cummins diesel... Injectors, water/methanol injection to cool your EGT's down, better intakes, turbos- even natural gas injection to gain silly horsepower and fuel mileage. All of these without even doing internal work. Got any of those sorts of mods in the works?

Looks great, I'm sure sounds just as good, and I would love to see some videos of the thing going down the road- or better yet, wheelin':steer:!

As far as power goes, I happy with it the way it is. I have a 07 Dodge with a pumped up 5.9. Thats my speed machine, this is my "Cruiser"! As lond as it cruises 65 to the trail I'm happy. And yes it has a 2 chamber Flowmaster. Way too quiet but I'll get used to it I guess. I'll try to get some road test vids this weekend for you guys.

Here is a short walk around of it running.

I'm way jealous money!!! But nice work and you seriously need to move back to Oregon so you can help me get my rig looking half as good as yours.

Great Build!

This is an awesome build. Something I would really like to do one day. Great work!
