Serg, Very brave move my friend! I've already got my hands full just getting some body work re-painted! You are only about 50 minutes from my location. (Galway, NY) Would be happy to have a look at what you are facing. I am not an expert in anything that might be of use to your knowledge base. Not sure if I can leave an email address in a reply post but will do so if that fits the rules of this site...? (any advice on this folks?) Thanks

Red velour seats? Are you keeping them?

If you take all the ammo found in cruisers over the years, you could arm a small army...

I just trying to indemnify the carburetor ..

on website above body looks as #042-01G but top part as from #042-01H model
Is possible to exchange the top part between different models? or this is some transient model?

Looks like top one from 73 model.. without emission staff.
I have another one (found in boxes) without top air horn. I guess some one replace this air horn part from 76 to 73 model
and removed all emission parts.

Any advantage to replace 76 model back? (I don't need emission check for 30year old car in NY state.)

The manifold dictates where the air horn is located; F is closer to the head than 2F. The air cleaner on a 2F is specifically situated with the carb location. I thought that the '73 clamped on the circumference of the air horn and not with a wingnut and stud on it?

Yes it is. But some one on my carb, replaced air horn from 76

Now that I am not on a phone in a sun-lit patio, I can see your photos. Your secondary is diaphragm operated. So, your body looks like a 2F-vintage, based on the secondary. It looks like they squished the whole thing down to ditch the EGR inlet and spacer, hence why it appears to be a '73 on a '76 air horn. That accelerator pump linkage looks modified. I feel fairly uncertain about everything as it presents itself. Could be non-USA?
