I reckon those lights and bezels came off of an 80's van of some kind, maybe a Ford, but I was thinking GM. I'm also thinking that left and right have been switched around. It is ugly, but somebody did a reasonably good job putting it all together.

If it's for sale, maybe you can get a better price on it. Then drive happily while keeping your eyes open for another grille.
